This advanced teaching and study program is intended for mental health and other professionals who have an established personal mindfulness practice and experience in teaching MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression) and who have completed a five day professional training in MBCT. It is also open to experienced MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teachers who have completed training at the Center for Mindfulness. This week-long program fosters sustained attentiveness to personal practice as well as emphasizes the development of teaching skills around the implementation of the MBCT program.
